Yaqub Eyyubov Abdulla oglu ((アゼルバイジャン語:Yaqub Eyyubov Abdulla oğlu); born 28 November 1945) is an Azerbaijani politician who has been First Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan since 2003.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title= CIA - Chiefs of State and Cabinet Members of Foreign Governments )〕 ==Early years== Eyyubov was born in 1945 in Baku, Azerbaijan. In 1963-1964, he studied at Azerbaijan Technical University. He briefly worked at the Sattarkhan Plant (then the Lieutenant Schmidt Plant) in 1964 and was then conscripted to military service in the Soviet Army from 1964 until 1967. In 1968, after returning to Baku, he continued his education at Azerbaijan Technical University and graduated in 1972 with a degree in construction engineering. While at the university, he was the chairman of the Komsomol Committee of the Construction Studies Department from 1970 through 1972. In 1973-1974, he was deputy chairman of the party committee of the university. In 1975-1997, Eyyubov worked half time as a senior professor, assistant dean, docent, acting dean, prorector on scientific issues and department director at Azerbaijan Architecture and Construction University.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title= Azərbaycan Respublikası Nazirlər Kabineti.
